Zagel is published by Selny LTD. By using Zagel you agree to these terms. If you got Zagel from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Using Zagel

Zagel is free. You may use it to send and receive content between devices on networks you are allowed to use. You are responsible for what you send and accept, and for having the right to share it. Only accept items from devices and people you trust.

No warranty

Zagel is provided "as is". We work to make transfers reliable, but we can't guarantee that every transfer will succeed or that the app will be free of errors. Keep your own copies of important files.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Selny LTD is not liable for any loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of Zagel. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
